All those fulfilling any role in the production of Out of Annapolis will be LGBT alumni of the US Naval Academy or their partners. "Alumni" means you took the "Oath of Office" as a Midshipman at the US Naval Academy, whether or not you graduated, and we would like you to participate as long as you are not a convicted felon nor were given a dishonorable discharge from the naval service, unless of course that discharge was based on being a homosexual as long as the discharge today would be characterized as "Honorable."
LGBT alumni are needed both in front of and behind the cameras. Even if you are not available for an on-camera interview, we STILL WANT YOU for an "Off-Camera Interview" as well as needing you as a gaffer, grip, best boy or for the more talented, soundtrack composer or performer, etc. to broaden the participation. This production is a Navy Team effort. If you have particular skills that would help support the making of this film, please contact us to step forward.
At this time, additional funding is not anticipated as equipment costs have been covered. We are, however on a shoe-string budget for travel (basically frequent flyer miles & hosted housing).
